Send out invoices without having your own company

This is how it works

You come to an agreement with your customer about what you are to do and what compensation you will receive. At the same time, you inform them that you will be invoicing from your umbrella company, Frilans Finans. How much of the invoiced amount is left for you, i.e. your net pay after income taxes and social insurance contributions, you can easily see with the help of the calculator. It can be advantageous to use this in order to calculate how much you need to bill your customer in order to obtain a specific net pay for your work.

Easily and quickly, you create your invoice here on frilansfinans.se (create a test invoice). Fill in the customer's name and address, the number of hours worked or number of days, and the invoice amount plus any outlays or billable expenses you incurred in connection with the assignment. If this is the first time you are invoicing with Frilans Finans, you will also need to provide information about yourself and any employees you might have. You finish by approving Frilans Finans’ employment contract and general conditions, and then sending the invoice for approval. When Frilans Finans, after an approved credit check, sends the invoice to the customer, an employment relationship arises between you and Frilans Finans. Your employment applies for the work and the time period that the invoice relates to.

In the ordinary case, when your invoice with a credit assessment receives “approved without non-payment records,” your wages are paid and transferred to your bank account within five banking days. After another 1-2 days, the money is in your account. If you choose Express Payment, you get paid the same day, if you've registered your invoice on a weekdays before 12:00 noon. In special cases, if in the credit assessment your invoice received the status of “approved with non-payment records,” your wages are paid out when your customer has completed his/her payment to Frilans Finans.

You pay us only 6% of the invoiced amount – this includes:
