In 5 years I will still be working with Frilans Finans. It is a good employer to work with, you get very good help from the Client Support.

• Could you describe yourself?

  I’m a guy who wants to take care of things myself, and I like to make business and to work hard. I think I am a person who wants to decide for himself and go my own way.

• What was your first Frilans Finans job?

  It was a façade work. I bought a high-pressure washer, rented a lift, a 30 meter long hose and flushed out a large metal room that was completely green with moss and other filth.

• How did you start your career path?

  My last job was at a cleaning company. We had so much work that we were drowning in it, and the quality wavered. I quit and thought to myself that I wanted to do this on my own. I knew that the company charged almost SEK 400 hours excl. VAT, so offered to do it for a lower price and began to win job after job. I could complete the job in peace at my own pace, and immediately the quality was much better.

• Where do you see yourself in 5 years?

  In 5 years, I will still be working with service work such as window cleaning, cleaning, demolishing and decontamination work, together with Frilans Finans. I will never start up my own company. I am not so good with all the paperwork and things like that.

• What is the absolute best thing about your job?

  That I am able to go out and set the bar on my own. I decide the price, date & time, and how it's to be done - and I do everything my way. It feels good to be on my own, and best of all is to see that even I, as a small one-person company, can win large contracts.

• What do you like best about Frilans Finans?

  I like Frilans Finans’ concept that anyone at all can do work and then invoice it afterwards. It is a very easy employer to work for. And that I get very good help from Client Support.
